A zoning by-law amendment application to permit a total of six lots on the subject lands (3 existing lots and 3 new lots). The existing lots will be reconfigured to facilitate each of the six lots to have both road frontage and frontage on the St. Lawrence River. The lots will be privately serviced.

At the public meeting there were concerns about converting this land to a new use from its current agricultural state. While the owners do not farm, they have leased the land in the past to neighbouring farmers. Six lots are essentially a subdivision.
